Be safe with your kids when you cook with them in the kitchen.
If you have babies, don’t bring them in the kitchen.
And have a good time. If your kids want to help you in the kitchen, say yes.
Have a great time with your kids, and appreciate your kids for helping you in the kitchen.

Let me be the first to introduce to you these 3 kid cooks who share the same passion for foods as their mother, author Latrice Fowler.
LJ age 11. Has dreams of becoming a Professional Game Developer, and Gourmet Chef. He’s been assisting his mother in the kitchen for years and is one of the co-authors of Raising Chefs…not just good cooks! He’s the inspiration behind the Raising Chefs’ logo. Whenever he’s asked to come and try something his mother has created he always replies by mischievously licking his lips with his skinny little lizard tongue. He’s a very valuable asset to the culinary world.
Raven age 10. Known as mommy’s little shadow. She’s been following in her mother’s footsteps since she could walk. She absorbs everything and is very business savy. She has her heart set of becoming a model, singer, author, and business women. (she’s currently in training!) Raven’s been working with a professional Photograher out of Garland, TX to building her first ever modeling portfolio. She’s a natural in what ever she touches!!!
Tyanna, age 6. Is a kid who wants to do it all. She’s our secret weapon…so to speak! She can walk into a room and everyone wants to hear what she has to say. Her laugh, and smile are very contagious everybody wants to catch it!! This cute little first grader wants to become a model, cooker (as she puts it), singer, and a mother. Look out Beyonce’, Tyanna is coming right behind ya!
Kid Cooks’ blog will be update reguarly by our above hosts. They’ll be sharing with all their visitors what they’ve been up to with school, co-authoring Raising Chefs, and their very own special recipes. So if you want to stay tuned to what they plan on bring to the blogging community, please bookmark this site…kids do say the darndest things!
